Fundamental Reformer
Our Fundamental Reformer class is the ideal starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine their technique. Our Fundamental Reformer class is the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates. Designed for beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique, this session focuses on building a strong foundation in movement, control, and body awareness.
This session focuses on developing a strong foundation in control, alignment, and body awareness. You’ll learn how to safely set up and use the Reformer, master core alignment principles, and build confidence through guided, precise movements.
Expect to strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility all while preparing for our more dynamic levels.
Perfect for:
Beginners, anyone new to Pilates, or those wanting to refresh their fundamentals before progressing to Base Level 1 Reformer.
Base Level 1
After completing the Fundamental Reformer, you’ll be ready to join Base Level 1. In this class, you’ll work both on and off the Reformer, performing a series of foundational exercises in supine, prone, seated, and all-fours positions. You’ll learn how to engage your core correctly, find a neutral posture, and stabilise your shoulders and pelvis all while developing strength and control throughout your body.
Focus:
Core engagement, posture alignment, body awareness, and foundational strength.
Base Level 2
Take your Reformer practice up a notch with Base Level 2 the next step after mastering Level 1. This class remains low-impact and technique-driven but introduces new variations, longer holds, and smoother transitions for a more continuous flow. It’s the perfect bridge between the Base classes and our Light Burn Level 3.

Those who’ve completed several Base classes and feel ready for more challenge before moving to an intermediate level.
Light Burn Level 3
Our Light Burn Level 3 class is designed for those confident in their Reformer practice and ready for a greater challenge. You’ll work through more complex, full-body sequences including lunges, squats, and kneeling planks while maintaining correct form and control. This class explores all planes of motion and uses props such as the magic circle, small ball, theraband, and light weights to add variety and intensity.

Strength, coordination, precision, and dynamic flow.
Small Group Mat Pilates (Mixed Level)
Strengthen, stabilise, and stretch in an intimate small-group Mat Pilates setting. With a maximum of five participants, you’ll receive personalised guidance to perfect your technique and form. Each class blends core work, posture correction, and mobility training leaving you balanced, strong, and energised.
Small Group Barre
Experience a full-body, low-impact workout that fuses Pilates precision with ballet-inspired movement and strength training.
In this energising small-group class (max five people), you’ll tone, sculpt, and lengthen your body while improving posture and balance. Expect uplifting sequences that build confidence and leave you feeling empowered.
Postnatal Pilates
Rebuild your strength, stability, and confidence after birth with our nurturing Postnatal Pilates class. Designed specifically for new mums, this session focuses on:
Core and pelvic floor recovery
Postural realignment and back care
Gentle mobility and stretching
Breathwork for healing and relaxation
It’s a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can reconnect with your body at your own pace whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum. Babies are welcome, so no childcare worries!
