New Clients
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, you’ll need to attend a Fundamental Reformer class before joining Base Level 1. This helps ensure every client understands the basics including correct setup, alignment, and technique before progressing to more advanced sessions.
Cancellations
We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy. You may reschedule your session at no cost up to 12 hours before your class begins. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered late, and the session will be deducted from your package or membership.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your booked class without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. Please cancel in advance whenever possible so another client can take your place.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. When a space becomes available, you’ll be notified by email or text (depending on your account settings). Please respond promptly to confirm or decline your spot so we can offer the place to others if you can’t attend.
Studio Rules & Safety
Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety.
Please follow your instructor’s directions at all times. The studio reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if safety guidelines are not followed or if behaviour is disruptive.
Group classes are available for participants aged 14 and over.
